Needs
and Value: The truth at the root! Issue 0807

Hello my wonderful people! I'm so glad to be alive and
so proud to be black.
Say it loud!! LOL! I couldn't resist that.... you
old timers will get that! Well let me get right into this issue
topic.
It can't be denied we ALL have needs!!
We ALL have
value/talent!! ...anything of value to someone else, if it's money, experience,
talent, compassion, motivation, role model example, time, connections/contacts,
knowledge... it doesn't matter what but we ALL have value!! Some of us may not
even realise that we do but we do.
It is my passion to create an environment
where we could all feel comfortable giving knowing that we will not be taken
advantage of in a bad way and that we will be taken care of and be rewarded for
our compassion. An environment of giving and sharing is the only effective way
to get the things and help that we need and to have a widespread flourishing
Black Community. Let's be a part of the solution not the problem!!! ... as
Lee Green says of The NBBTA/BBBB (National Black Business Trade Association and
The Black Business Builders.)
The life blood of 'The WBNWA system for networking
success' in general is being willing to GIVE and accept. I emphasize giving
only because:
1. That should come first.
2. Most people don't have
so much of a problem with accepting but are little stingy when it comes to the
giving part. Did I say a little? 
I heard one hot networker say: give and give until it
hurts and then give some more.
And that's as a first step. It will come back around in
a big way! But you can't do it just for that reason. Think about it though, you
have a growing group of people that respect and appreciate how you've been able
to help them, how you have put them first and know you have their best interests
at heart. They enjoy working with you and so would love to work on projects
with you where their is mutual interest between them and you or refer you to
things that would benefit you and would be more than willing to referring anyone
to you, knowing that their friend wil not be taken advantage of!
Are

It's
Financial Freedom...
which we all deserve IF...if you're willing
to give/share first.
You have to be willing to be of more value that what you
get... It's not an opinion it's a fact. A law of nature as sure as gravity!
So let me ask you
this:
Are you willing to help others, especially
our black brothers and sisters, from your heart and can you believe that it will
come back to you in return, especially if you're in an environment where
everyone is asked this question and is looking for ways to give and to
help?

work with first.
If you can answer that question in a postive way
then I start off by asking you, PLEASE:
I AM INTERESTED IN FIRST FINDING OUT WHAT YOUR NEEDS
ARE.
I NEED to do much better with the giving part.... I do want to lookout
for you or I may "bump into someone" (deliberately) that may be able to help
you.
...and then I'll need to know what your value is and in
what way you are willing to help others.

at least 1-3 things that you need. (preferably more have fun go ahead) Things
that would really make your life better/happy. And send them to me. See the
survey below for help. (Eventually you will be able to actually fill in the
survey and send it online. )

value and brain storm how you could help and enjoy the process as much or more
than you do receiving.

needs/value list. How to get help with your needs...and to help and find
someone that needs what you have to offer.
