Brothers and Sisters,
Mothers, Dads,
Daughters and Sons of Rhythm.

 

 

As we move forward I want to explain in any way I can:

1. What I want to accomplish. I want to do this because I want to coordinate with anyone that sees things as I do. 

 

2. I also want to explain to you where we are, both positive and negative.  You'll know what we want to be and what we are, what we want to do and what we are doing, whether that be exactly what we want or nothing at all.

 

So I am going to do both of these things in this issue.

 

What I want to accomplish

 

We can accomplish so much that it could get so complicated but I want to fight to really keep it simple, so that it's clear what we want to do.  Of course you know the 4 principles if you've been reading the newsletter or the website, but I'd like to put it another way.  But first for those that haven't noticed the four founding principles of this movement are:

 

1. We all have value
2. We all have needs
3. Sharing: matching value to needs
4. Exponential growth - this is what can explode this into something that can have a big effect on all who participate.

 

This what I want to add.  Here's a very simple way to exlain what The WB-NWA is about. 

 

Ask yourself, what do you want?  What do you personally want, for yourself?  

 

If your answer is

 

1.  I don't know, then you really need this.
...you have stopped dreaming.  The grind, the failures and the hopelessness have stolen your dreams.  You need something or someone to bring them back to life.  That is exactly what can happen from The WB-NWA and the support of your people.

 

2. Anything else, that you want
...then ask yourself, is what I want to accomplish more likely to be achieved with the help of others or all by myself?  If your answer is, with the help of others, then that is what this is all about. 

 

Helping you to get what you want.  It's as simple as that! That is what this is all about.

 

One more important factor.  HOW!!!

 

Now you are interested in helping yourself (family and friends included), I hope, but ask yourself: If everyone is ONLY interested and willing to help themselves, then who will help them to do that?  No one!  Because these others are busy trying to get you or someone else to help them, who of course will not help, because they want you to help them and so on and so on.  That leaves only the very charming and persuasive to have success because they can win that battle.

But what if everyone was willing and most interested in helping others first?  Of course they have their own wants and goals but they are most interested in helping others.  So that's what they do.  Everyone goes around not only helping others, in whatever way they can but they are convincing other people that this is the way to go as well.  And everybody is looking to help.  Can I help you?  How about you?  I need somebody to heeeelp, hellooo?  :-)   (make sure you see the movie Pay it forward, if you haven't already)

Fairytale world of course, but what would happen if things were like that?  Well eventually, someone would ask you, How can I help YOU?  Or you would ask and eventually find someone who's willing to help you with EXACTLY what it is that you want and need.

 

What if people were really most interested in helping themselves but they are willing to help others first and reap the rewards on the back end? Well that's OK too, it still works.  Isn't that better than people only interested in helping themselves at any cost, no matter who it hurts or takes from.  See why would people be so willing to help you?  For one of 2 things, either for the joy helping and seeing others happy or because they KNOW it will come back around to them somehow someway.  Either way, it works!

However, of course that is a fairytale world, that is surely wasted effort and wasted hope in the real, selfish world that we live in.  Right?  Well I think we'll address that in the next issue.

What we are right now?

Right now, the WBNWA is:

A newsletter list of about 40 people. 

A group of people about the same size, that have expressed an interest and willingness to hear more.

A few people that could potentially be interested enough to be a part of the core and the foundation. 

A founder, myself, who has ambitious thoughts, great ideas, but is currently lost in so much to do and a bad case of procrastination.  I say that to be honest about everything and so that when I say things are going great, you know that they are absolutely going great.  Not that I'm not doing anything but because I am not doing enough. I would gladly take positive calls & e-mails from yall, it inspires me to know there are many others as interested in this as I am . 

We have a very enthusiastic partner out on the west coast, our West Coast Coordinator, who is willing but sometimes disappears on me....yea, I said it...you know who you are? Call me.

 And a whole bunch of great ideas, plans and blue prints for future growth of the organization and the realization of our dreams and goals.    

What we need right now. (the next phase)

You'll remember I said I was going to concentrate on the ones who've expressed an interest so far rather than continueing to trying to talk to new people.

This is so that we can organize, galvanize and continue to make real progress, and not just have 100,000 people that I've mentioned it to.

I desperately need some serious partners in this to keep each other motivated, to organize the work load and delegate, people interested not just in participating but building the company and/or the movement. People that will be committed with what ever time they do have, what ever energy and talents they have and participate in eventual profits as well.

Mostly everyone on this list are among the people that I want to talk to in more detail and find out exactly what your interest is and what you're willing to do. We need to organize as a core group, since we see this and want the same things. We need to figure out our responsibilities, so that we can see this incredible vision come to life. This is the next phase. I do have quite a number of people to call, that I've planted some seeds with, please do not wait for me to call, call me. Or at least write and let me know you really want to be involved and I will prioritize your name.

Still no updates to the website, but don't you worry your little selves there, they are coming, I will keep you posted here as to when I am making them again. There will be many changes and updates as we change, grow and organize and as we get more help. I'm having problems with one of my monitors it is barely visible, so I've got to switch the good one between two systems (a royal pain). I've either gotta figure out another way or get a new monitor when I can afford to. I think for the time being I'm going to go ahead and rough it with the dark one, but if anyone knows of or has an extra monitor they'd like to donate or sell cheap, let me know.

Next:

1. I should be letting you know how the forming of the core group is going.

2. I should be developing the website, because I plan to have online, the survey of "needs, wants, value and talents" also the survey for what level of interest everyone is at, so you could let me know right online.

3. Sharing the plans for the first project, network offereings/business opportunities.
